Is clean food always costly?

Not necessarily.

Clean food feels expensive when seen as a lifestyle shift. It feels reasonable when treated as a  substitution.

Two things help:
• buying staples in planned quantities
• thinking in terms of cost per serving, not price per pack

When waste reduces and cooking becomes more intentional, clean food often balances out in  household budgets.

It is not about premium consumption.
It is about dependable nourishment.
