SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
PROCESSING TIMES:
How long it takes to process an order, and how long it takes to ship?
It takes 2 to 3 days to process an order; it takes 2 to 3 days to ship.
SHIPPING METHODS:
What types of shipping are offered, and their costs and delivery times?
Shipping is by parcel delivery in person or by courier; the shipping costs will be free for orders above Rs. 500 and Rs. 50 will be charged for orders below Rs. 500 bill value.
Delivery time: Minimum 30 minutes & Maximum 2 hours from the time of dispatch.
Regular delivery ( Morning 10 am to evening 7 pm)
Next-day delivery for orders placed before noon*
Free delivery: orders above Rs 500
Payable delivery: orders below Rs 500
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:
Any limitations on shipping, such as locations where a certain shipping method is not available?
Shipping will be in Bangalore and Hyderabad only. Maximum 15 km radius from the dispatch location.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS:
How to address damaged or lost items?
If any item is reported to be damaged or lost has to be reported within 24 hours of the receipt to the customer care number or mail ID. 100% replacement (24 hours from the time of delivery ).
Minimum timeline - 1 day, Maximum timeline - 5 days.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup
In-store pickup is available for select locations in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The addresses of the stores are published on the shopping pages as well as at: http://purityprayag.com/store-locator/
We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may manage our inventory and be responsible for shipping your products.
Free Standard Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders above Rs.500. For orders below Rs.500, a delivery fee of Rs.50 applies. This charge is reflected in our store's checkout process.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery. You can choose to cancel the order and get a full return in case of such delays.
